Makeup Brushes You Need
Pretty sure if you looked in my makeup drawer a month ago, you would see a big stash of old MAC makeup brushes that i’ve kept since college. It was a MUCH needed upgrade since they were getting a bit crusty. Sharing some of my favorite makeup brushes i’m currently using that I think are definitely worth to buy!
FLAT CONCEALER BRUSH - I love to use this brush to precisely place/carve concealer on my face and then use a sponge or the brush linked below to blend it out
CONCEALER BRUSH - I use this to blend out my concealer
DUAL-ENDED CONTOUR/BRONZER BRUSH - hands down the best brushes in the game. One side for cream bronzer and the other for powder bronzer.
FOUNDATION BRUSH - love all Hourglass brushes and this one is perfect to get a seamless coverage for liquid foundation.
FOUNDATION BRUSH (for stick foundations only) - I received this in a PR package and it’s one of my favorites. It only works well with stick foundations, not liquid. It blends like a dream!
DUAL-ENDED NOSE CONTOUR BRUSH- This is one of those things that you don’t necessarily need but when you have it, you will love using it! It’s made specifically to contour your nose and it’s perfection.
DUAL-ENDED BLUSH BRUSH- same idea as the above, this is for your cream and powder blush.
POWDER BRUSH - a great fluffy brush to lightly dust your t-zone with powder to set and prevent shine.
HIGHLIGHTER BRUSH - I use this for liquid or cream highlighters. Makes the application really easy and beautiful.
